Latest Project - Stumpwork embroidered Crazy Quilted box.

I have to admit it is easier to make things in a house than in the caravan.  I was commissioned to make a gift for a friend for their friends up coming birthday.

Embroidered Basket with silk ribbon roses and beaded flowers.

 Inside view of box
Top view of box, Buttonhole lace Butterfly, Stumpwork Goldwork beetle in pink, Silk ribbon flowers.
This is the brooch I made as an extra gift
Buttonhole embroidered butterfly.

And of course my signature beetle.
The lady who commissioned it has received, she is over the moon with the result as am I.

Poinsettia class closing shortly

Just a reminder that this class is fast approaching - 25th October. If you'd like to dabble a little into goldwork, then this is the perfect course for you. A lovely simple design and very basic stitching needed.
To book in, just jump to the class 'here'

Wanting to make that special gift for that special person? An enchanting colour arrangement speaks to us for a ‘different’ colour choice for Christmas; not the traditional green and red colours.

From beginner to intermediate embroiderer, add lace, threads, beads, silk ribbon and many other lovely little embellishments to create a stunningly unique Crazy Quilted Christmas cracker. The magic is also on the inside with a useful gift, a Hussif.

I am excited to say I have four more classes with Joggles in the current Autumn (Aussie Spring) offerings.

You can read more about them on my classes tab, but here they are to entice you.

September 25th - my beetles make another return
October 25th is a beautiful Goldwork Ornament box

A unique Christmas gift for that special stitching friend - Christmas Cracker that converts to a Hussif

And lastly, some have asked for this to be a class, so in memory of my Mother, I present to you 'Doris'
