registered Australian small business collects, uses and discloses information,
and what choices you have regarding this information. This Privacy Policy is in
effect whenever you use Arlene’s Crafts Embroidery App via the AdSense (ads
within the App) or browse our website – Arlene’s Crafts Blog (https://arlenes-crafts.blogspot.com/), our Facebook Page: (https://www.facebook.com/ArlenesCraftsEmbroideryAPP/) our Etsy Store: (https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/ArlenesCraftsShop?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=783672893 and Apple In-App purchases on
the Arlene’s Crafts Embroidery App, all of these are referred to as Services.

Free Mobile App with In-App Purchases and Ads: We do not collect your name, email address or other similar sensitive personal information. Apple being one of our services may collect other information when purchasing In-App tutorials, please refer to their Privacy Policy for further details how they collect and store your data.
We use advertising to fund our free Services on the App store. We automatically collect the advertising ID of your device to allow advertisers to use it to provide personalized ads. If you wish, you can opt-out from personalized advertisement in the iPhone or iPad device settings.
While we have the ability to identify your device using a device/advertising identifier, to protect your privacy, we have no ability to link this information to a real person.
Paid Mobile Apps: We do not collect analytics or other personal data in our paid mobile apps.

3. Age and privacy
To
use our Services, you must be over the age of 13 and have the authority to
consent to the automatic collection of analytics and advertising data (Please
refer to the local law of your residence about the consenting age of personal
information collection.) We do not knowingly collect any data of users under
the age of 13. If we discover we have inadvertently gathered personal
information from a minor (under the age of 13) we will take appropriate
measures to delete any and all such personal data.
